It looks like the Membership Pro v2.7.0 Members List View default template's pagination element needs the wrapping div with class='pagination' which had been included in previous versions. It's rendering as a vertical list without it.

That makes sense. I updated download package on server with this modification, you can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version and update it to your site
