We have eight different subscriptions and eight different forms how would I create eight forms within membership pro.

1. Go to Membership Pro -> Plans, create 8 subscription plans

2. Then go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, create necessary custom fields, assign to plans you want

3. Then create menu item to display plans. Users can access to that menu item to see 8 plans, click on sign up button to access to one of the form they want

That should work (you can create menu item to link directly to subscription form of a plan if needed)
