Helpdesk Pro demo - unable to login

I would really like to further evaluate Helpdesk Pro, but am unable to login with the credentials provided here - joomdonationdemo.com/helpdeskpro/

Any thoughts?

We are going to re-build the demo site of Helpdesk Pro in the next two days and will check the accounts created. For now, if you want, you can purchase a copy of the extension to try (it is the one we are using on our site for support)

In case it doesn't work as expected, you can request us for refund
