Is it possible to create a donation form that would allow the names and amounts of multiple donors that would total and be paid under a single name/credit card. Example is a person wanting to donate $20 for each of four (4) named family members. The total processed would be $80 and billed to a single person.
As an alternative, could this be accomplished with add-on forms listing the donor name and amount, etc.
