vacation rental - payments to agents/owners

I am interested in both OS Property and OS Calendar. I need to allow Agents/Owners to enter their payment information (paypal username for instance) in their settings so that when people come to the web site to rent a vacation property, they can pay the rental of the vacation property directly to the vacation home owner through the agents/owners paypal email. I would also want to be able to set a percentage of deposit for the property, possibly 50% of the amount due to book the vacation home and then the system to send out or provide a link for the remaining half to be paid by X date prior to the arrival date.

Also, I would like to have the pay to list your properties (standard and featured) process through paypal as a monthly subscription payment.

How difficult would it be to create these two options? What would the cost be to me if I paid you directly to create these options for me\?

Is this something that is easier done with a different component?

This is the hole of the abyss. Here is the thread where ideas come to die. Or is that Dye? Maybe they need a Tie Dye Shirt? Hmmmm So at this point maybe I buy it and if it can't do what I want then I ask for my money back?

The demos do not show me what I need to know. The extensions I have purchased before have worked fine. But they were the simple payment one and donation one. This is a full blown solution. Hmmmmmm

Looks like the answer we were looking for. I've been the JoomRes route before and don't want to go back.
