The reason because you missed Download ID of EShop:

1. Please click on Download Ids on the top menu of our site to get the Download ID from there.

2. Go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> General tab, put the Download ID value there.

After that, the link to download EShop update will work.

You can also go to My Downloads link on our top menu to download latest version 2.3.2 of EShop from there, then go to your site to install update manually.

Both of ways should work for you.
