Is it possible to have the product photo increase in size (for example a pop out box) rather than the way it functions currently?
Also, is there a way to prevent a user from downloading a photo (it's important as this is a photographer's website).

Hello Lillian,
1. EShop supports both of types to view large images of product: on the popout or zoom. You can configure to choose one of these 2 types.
2. I am sorry but there is no way to prevent user to download the photos of products.
