Under the Configuration Category, there are references to "Billing Fields and Group Member Fields" tabs...Where are these tabs?
I appreciate the help.

Hi Jeff

It seems you looked at the wrong/outdated documentation site. The documentation was moved to eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com . Please look at the new documentation site, the tabs were used in old version of Events Booking only
