Which product to get??

I have a client who are estate agents but require property sales, normal rental and holiday rental. From what I've been reading I would require OS Properties plus OS Calendar for this scenario??
So would the OS Holiday Template pack be the best option??
Also do you support import/export to sites such as stayz.com, airbnb, trivargo, etc???

I am looking at template "OSP Home Search" as a good option:

1. Will template "OSP Home Search" have al the functions using OS Properties AND OS Calendar extensions ????

2. Is there a special / package rate for OSP Home Search template, OS Properties and OS Calendar extensions ??
(The OS Holiday Template pack seems to be the only option 'template / pack" including the OS Calendar extension.)

3. I also would appreciate advice for import/export to sites such as stayz.com, airbnb, trivargo, etc???
