I have a plumbing business with the process below. I would like to know if OS Services can be used.
Current process
Receive phone call for plumbing service by our customer service
- customer needs quote on fixing plumbing in their home.
- we give estimate over the phone with final quote being done at customers home. we enter customer's name and address and send estimate
- customer agrees to have us come to home
- we are able to look at schedules online of our employees and book Plumber1 for an appointment with this customer.
- appointment is sent to customer with initial estimate and to Plumber1 also can see it on his schedule
Plumber1 goes to appointment per schedule and meets with customer
- Plumber1 finds that extra work needs to be done to meet customer's needs and online amends the estimate creating a quote.
- Customer accepts quote verbally or online.
- Plumber1 schedules actual work for a later time online. (in many cases the work can be done immediately)
Plumber1 returns and completes the work to customer's satisfaction
- Plumber1 turns quote into an invoice.
- Invoice is paid on line with credit card or off line by check.
Customer service sees that the work is complete on online master schedule.
Communication with customer and our company can be done by email or SMS.
