Map not showing correct location

The map is not working properly.

If I click on "View Map" for the event (which is in Australia), it takes me to a place in North Carolina in the USA. When I check the coordinates in events Locations they are for North Carolina despite the address being in Australia. If I try to put the Australian coords in, when i save it saves with the North Carolina coords.

When I click on "Get Directions" in the events it takes me to "N*8, Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa.

The event is in North Queensland Australia nowhere near Africa or the USA.

I have raised a ticket a few days ago for this but have heard nothing back. I need to get this right as the site was supposed by released this weekend.

Anyone got any clues....

Today I have found a workaround which is fially working but it was not the other day. I have to go to google maps itself ente the address then copy the coords and then go back to admin in my website and paste the coords into the location.

I had been trying that the other day and the coords would not save it would only save the north carolina coords. Today they are saving. Never-the-less, it is a long way round to put in a location in the events booking module. It needs to be addressed.

If it is possible, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and explain what we need to do to see the error like you said

Our developer will then check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted on your site
