Emails not sent and number of registrants not upd was created by Nikos
Hi
I am experiencing the following issues (Joomla 2.5, EB 2.1.2
- Some email messages (for new registration) are not sent while others are sent
- Number of registrants is not updated after a booking is made
(paypal plugin is used)
Let me know if u need some log in details so you can fix the issues.

We will need more information from you:
1. What we need to do to see the error like you said ? What email messages are sent ? What email messages are not sent/
2. For the registration record which number registrants is not updated, could you please let us know what's the status of the registration record? Is it Pending or Active ?

Hi Tuan
1. "New Registration" emails are not always sent to the Administrator (there is no pattern on this, some are sent while others are not, seems like an issue with emailing functions, I am using php mailer from Joomla)
2. So when a booking is made the number of available seats on the front-end is not adjusted accordingly (number of available seats = capacity). The registration is pending.
Hope i made myself clear.

Hi
I am afraid of it is quite difficult to check and solve this issue. Basically, Events Booking depends on PayPal IPN messages to work
Each time someone registers for the event and complete payment at PayPal, PayPal needs to send an IPN message to Events Booking to inform Events Booking about this payment. If for some reasons, PayPal didn't notify Events Booking about it, Events Booking won't work well
So in this case:
1. If it always happens, we can check and solve it (maybe by enabling PayPal IPN in your PayPal account)
2. If it just sometime happens, I am afraid of we could not check it as we don't know whether PayPal notify Events Booking or not. In this case, I think you will have to check and change status of registration record from Pending -> Paid manually to have everything works as expected
(This issue sometime happens with our order system - which uses PayPal, too, but it rarely happens)
