Purchased Payment Plugin, Not Working

Hello Support,
I have set up the donation plugin and everything is working correctly there and we were ready to set up the payment system.
They use First Data, so I purchased the First Data payment plugin, but it is broken, I don't think First Data supports the system used by the payment plugin because it goes to this page on checkout.

Additionally, it is odd that it would go to another site instead of using an API or embedded checkout.
Please let me know what I can do about this situation.
