Abandon Forms was created by RBGoldie
Do you collect and save info submitted on a form if a user does not complete the payment process with their credit card info? We'd like to collect this information for obvious reasons.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hi
The information are saved into database. However, It is only be showed in the back-end once payment completed. If you want, we can modify the code for you to show all records (paid and unpaid records) if you want.
Please note that for security reason, creditcard information is not stored in the database .
If you want us to do that for you, please submit a support ticket contains FTP account and administrator account of your site so that I can modify it for you .
Thanks,
Tuan

Replied by Mark on topic Re: Abandoned Forms and Abandoned Registrations
I am having the same issue when a potential registrant abandons a registration form...
a) potential registrant populates registration fields and clicks the "Registration Confirmation" button at the bottom of the form
b) potential registrant is presented with his registration details on the next screen, but misunderstands and thinks that he is now registered (he fails to click the "Process Registration" at the bottom of the form)
c) ...or gets sent to Paypal screen, but abandons the registration without completing payment.
About 5% of my users fail to complete registration, but they incorrectly believe that they are registered for the event because they filled in the first page of the form and clicked "Registration Confirmation" button at the bottom of the first page. Then, later on they say "I registered for the event". This is a big issue.
How can I view the "abandoned registrations" transactions (collected when the registrant populates the first page of fields and then clicks the "Registration Confirmation" button), to view the abandoned registrant's detail so that we can put in a business process to contact those abandoned registrants (via the email address they provided or via a phone number they provided) and help them to complete the registration process? The Event Booking tool does not provide a way to view abandoned registration details (at this time).
