Conditional custome fields

Conditional custome fields was created by istorm
When using conditional custome fields, all conditional fields -used in the registration form- show regardless condition.
How to make shure that only after the first question (radio button) is checked the conditional field shows?
If I tick the boxes (boxes that should not lead to condition) in the registration form starting from the last condition, the conditional fields disappear.
