How do you get an answer?

I have tried - several times to raise a support ticket and send a contact form and continually get 403 permission denied error. I did manage to send one support ticket in but as I was not expecting it to go through it just had the copied error text. I have since tried to add a comment to that support ticket and now i am getting REALLY frustrated as I get the same 403 permission denied error when trying to do that as well. I am logged in when making all these attempts btw
I have already emailed the questions to support.
There is no point in asking me to raise a ticket or reply to a comment or raise a contact if all I get are PERMISSION DENIED You do not have permission for this request /contact-us.html/You do not have permission for this request /support-tickets.html
