Customizing tu timeline layout was created by Alberto
Hi is there anyway to customize the timeline layout?
I.e, to show or not the category description, to show or hide the "save to" button, show or hide the price in list view, and so on?

In the component layout config I see an option to show or hide the event time, but it seems not to work for this layouy

Hi Alberto

The only thing which can be customized for this layout is the Save To button. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, find the config option "Allow save event to personal calendar", set it to No if you want to hide the button

For category description, if you select a category in the menu parameter, the description of that category will be showed

For other information, if you want to hide, you would have to edit the code. Look at the file components/com_eventbooking/view/common/tmpl/events_timeline.php, edit it and remove the information you don't want to show. That should not be hard

Yes Alberto. The extension follow the Joomla MVC standard, so you can create template override. For your information, Joomla allows you to create template override using template manager, see docs.joomla.org/J3.x:How_to_use_the_Temp...r#Creating_Overrides
