setting up a festival with multiple events

Hi, I am setting up a festival with individual concerts that have tickets individually or asl packages so 1 ticket allows entry to all events.

My issue is can the sale of a package reduce the available seats in the individual concert.

A concert has 100 seats available. I am selling both individual and packages to this concert. It is important that the sales do not exceed the 100 seats. It has to be automatic to reduce the available seats regardless of the ticket type.

A further complication is that there are 4 levels of packages all contain the same single concert tickets and 3 packages contain extra concerts not available as single tickets.

I believe this is similar to a kit in eShop that I have asked about.

You'd create the festival as a single event. Then with custom fields set up each of the individual concerts as a field where they pick the number of seats at the concert and it calculates the cost.

Separately you'd need to have a package ticket field which also calculates a cost. Now the hard bit (and I don't know if it can be done) is probably to use some maths as an "if" statement to say if package is selected multiple the individual tickets by 0 to cancel off their prices...

The package only tickets can be conditional.
