Hi Barb,
In Configuration page of OS Property, you will have the configure option: Show currency converter. You can turn it on if you want to show the Currency convert function at front-end. By the way, i see your OS Property version is old, i advise you to re-purchase OS Property to download latest version of extension with many great new features.
