Sign-on page not available was created by Bill
On my subscription options page (I have called this "Membership Options") the system has generated a page with "Sign Up" buttons at the bottom of each subscription option. When clicked I get an error message which I have attached. I have reinstalled the page and tried everything I can think of, but cannot get rid of this message. I have used the file manager on my site cPanel to try and find the file but I don't know the program's file protocol so don't know where to look. Please can you help.
Regards,

Bill

On my development platform a signup link is like this:

http://192.168.1.91/index.php/plans/expensive-plan/sign-up

"Plans" is the menu name
"Expensive Plan" is the plan name

Can you manually create a URL similar? (just to see if the signup page is broken or just the link)

What SEF URLS have u enabled?

From my experience, I think there is something wrong with sef settings on the site and it causes the issue

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site (and FTP account if possible, we might have to check the .htaccess file of your site), we are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you

Regards,

Tuan
