I purchased OS Event Booking a few months ago and I'm really loving the product.. and now we are looking at integrating an appointment booking system on our website too. I just have a couple of pre-sales questions about this tool.
1. Does this integrate with Microsoft outlook calendar's? For example, when someone books an appointment, will the staff members calendar get updated? Or will they only receive an email?
2. Do the users / clients have to have an account on our website or can they make bookings without creating an account? If they DO have to create an account, how is this handled by joomla? Is it built in to the plugin or is a different component used to manage the site user accounts?
3. Can the plugin be customised easily? i.e. can I change the colours / font's etc. by custom.css?
