Can I see a screenshot of the group/famliy user account creation? I assume its on the front end??
If a company has 1000 users, will the manager have to create 1000 user accounts or is their a voucher, mass way to create accounts with a special password or something?
Its on the front end. BUT it is a manual process so yes one "group" administrator would need to do it for all the 'child' members.
If you don't have lots of groups and it doesn't need to be instant payment you may be better creating a (100%) voucher for each group administrator and they can share that as required. Bear in mind that doesn't stop them sharing it beyond their organisation etc where they probably wouldn't share for their password...
I'm just a 'happy' user / keen hacker! So its just my suggestion of how I would handle it, but it does depend on the number of groups you have. If you have LOTS of groups and need them to be automated sign-ups then I'd be looking to create a little plugin that can generate the voucher on plan application and then send an email to the group owner with the voucher code that they can give to their sub-members.
BUT - a voucher won't renew so when the group owner renews they would need to share a new voucher code the following time.
I think group owners currently have to re-register all their sub-members when they renew. I'm not sure that is the most desirable workflow.
