Hi Tuan, thank you for sendin me the plugin. Unfortunately this results in an fatal error while loading the cb profile page.
Fatal error: Class 'OSFConfig' not found
I was thinking about why I would need the plugin after you mentioned it maybe not needed: I thinks it's a good approach to save articles (tickets) in the knowledge base, but for advise in how to handle aspects specific to an individual site it might be good for users to be able to refer to your guidance without public access.
