OS Property capability questions

Hi
I am building a site for a new rental property business, I am looking at your OS Property which looks great, can you answer the following:

My business works by taking rental listings from many people, will OS Property automate this so people can logon to my site and list their own properties for rent - and only have access to their own listings? and does it have the capability to charge people automatically as they list their properties so the whole process is automated?

Thank you for interested in OS Property. Regarding to your question, i would like to answer as below:
OS Property has feature to allow user to list their properties at front-end of component with certain cost (configured at Back-end side) through various payment method like Paypal, Stripe, Offline payment. And after posting the properties in your site, only they have permission to modify the property information at front-end side too.

Great, looks like just the product I have been looking for...
One last thing:
If one of my customers needs to relist a property that was previously listed, will their old listings be saves so relisting is easy?

Hi Alan,
When user post their properties, they are still avaialble in user profile page, and they can request to approval them again when they want.
