There is a readme.txt file in the plugin which contains full instructions. Here it is again:
1. Install the payment plugin OS Membership payment plugin installation process
2. Upload the file osm_2checkout_notify.php to the root of your site
3. Login to 2checkout merchant account .
4. Go to the section called "Look and Feel". (
www.2checkout.com/2co/admin/look_and_feel
)
5. Fill in "https://YOUR_JOOMLA_URL/osm_2checkout_notify.php" into the fields Approved URL and Pending URL
