Whats your opinion about HelpDesk PRO

Yesterday I bought a new plugin Membership Pro, first look is very nice! Maybe some new options for the layout would be nice but my question to you guys is (if you have HelpDesk Pro)

On a scale of 0/10: how much do you recommend it?

The prices of OSsolutions are very good thats why i maybe want to buy more plugins of them.

As the developer of the extension, I would give it 10 / 10, LOL.

If you need a support ticket system (as we are using on our website), you should give it a try. In case it doesn't work as expected or you don't like it for some reasons, just ask us for refund

New version of the extension (which supports knowledge base feature) will be released sometime next week
