Unfortunately, I don't know any affiliate tracker extension / application integrated with Event Booking. Maybe in the future, we will try to integrate with this affiliate tracking application

(the developer of that application said he will wrote the integration, not sure it was done or not)
Maybe you can try to contact them to see whether they integrated with Events Booking ?
