Calculate based on the NUMBER_REGISTRANTS

Hello,

I have 3 fields {ADULTS], [CHILDS] and [BABIES] in my form.
When someone add a event he can give 1 place and the he go in the form and choose 1 adult, 1 child. Is there a possibility to check the total of given on [ADULTS] + [CHILDS] + [BABIES] with the [NUMBER_REGISTRANTS] zo Yes, How
