OsProperty Templates question

Hi,

OSP is a really great component but the theme thing is very confusing.
I use JAPurity III and tried to use theme 2 and theme 4, that are Bootrstrap supported but nothing will be shown in detail page.

Your Joomla template Lavida looks nice but it doesn´t support OSP?

I like theme 1 from OSP, because of the nice slider in detail view but this theme is not supported by bottstrap template.

So please tell me what i can do / buy? It´s very confusing because i understand that i have to buy OSP Template, wich is build on T3-Framework and have to customise it for whole site. If i buy Lavida, wich is also build on T3, OSP is not supporting it. If i like to use theme 1 instead of theme 2 or 4, i have to do all the customisation for OSP, because it doesn´t supprt bootstrap.

Please help me to understand and to decide what i should buy.
