Email replies?

Wrote an email and a post here without any reply, just wondering is there anybody checking the emails or anything? I requested custom work (after purchasing Event Bookings) in email last week and have had zero contact since, not even a "we have received your mail and will get back to you shortly" message!
Can somebody please reply to my email!

Email not reliable, sometime we don't receive it or forgot to reply (we receive many emails per day). Could you please submit a support ticket joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html ? We are going to check and reply you on tomorrow morning (it is 10:15pm here now)

Tried the support ticket already (from the email) but kept saying that I did not have permission to use it, tried again there with the same result

Sorry Sean. We use Sucuri to protect our website and sometime, it has strange behavior like that. Could you please forward the email to my personal email tuanpn@joomdonation.com ?
