His, we are looking at adding JoomDonation to our site. Is it possible to manually enter donations into the back end that we receive in the mail so that the campaign can have the correct totals and our member gets the credit?

Hi Scott

Yes. It is possible. As the administrator of the site, you can enter donation records manually from backend of your site
