Which product for subscription+download(free||pay)

Hi all,
I need to implement a solution for a downloadable products site.

The problem is:
If the customer buy a $time (ex. month, year, two years...) subscription he can download some products for free or buy other products sold separately.
If the customer does not want to buy the subscription, him can buy a single product for $time (ex. month, year).

Can I do that with Your products?
