OSProperty: is the component included in Templates

Hi,
i already bought the component:

it is not already installed.
Q1:
is OSProperty called a joomla component or a joomla extension?
Q2:
is there a template included with this component or must i buy a template
Q3:
in template description OSP T3Map i can read:
www.joomdonation.com/joomla-templates/os...pt3map-template.html
"The quickstart version of template includes OS Property latest version (2.4)"
so if i buy the template, the component is included?
if it is included in buying a template, then buying only the component was superfluous?

-> OS Property is Joomla extension, it includes: OS Property component, modules and related plugins
Q2:
is there a template included with this component or must i buy a template
-> OS Property is Joomla extension, so it works with any Joomla template, include Joomla core template. So that, you don't need to purchase template unless you want to have suitable Real estate template.
Q3:
