Please let me guide and advise on following points so we could proceed further for buying and applying template ‘Lavida’ on our website.
I am presently managing my business website on Joomla, I am neither a developer nor a programmer. I liked the mentioned template and viewed its demo page also. I need to have the SAME (DEMO looking) website on my domain without disturbing any of its existing contents, tags and on page SEO we have already done on the site. I want to know:
1. Is the template purchase include all functions and features shown on your Demo page or we need to buy more extensions/modules or plugins to make it complete as per DEMO description?
2. Is it right that only uploading and applying your template ‘Lavida’ shall replace the whole site with new design and nothing bad shall happen to the site? Or I shall need to hire developer/programmer for this purpose?
3. Can you help in installing the template if needed? If yes, how much you shall charge for this purpose?
4. Do you offer easy to understand and ‘cookbook style’ installation guide showing positions of modules and how to change/modify them?
5. My site has good on page SEO and it giving us good support in getting inbound customers/queries; I want to make sure replacing the existing template with your one does not change or disturb any SEO tags including title, description, key words and alt tags.
6. How can I replace sections and parts of my existing sites with the new look as shown in DEMO version of Lavida template at your site?
7. How much time and difficulty level is involved for a non technical person like me to install this template and fix things on my site?
8. What type of support you will provide me in this regard?
9. If any support charges/fees are there, please explain.
10. Any hidden charges to make my site similar to the site shown on your demo version? (is it $39.99 or anything extra too?)
