Missing important positions on Invoice

Hi,
I am trying to contact the support team by the ticket system but get no response since new year lunar . So now I am trying this way.
I want to use the Invoice feature in membership pro but i am missing 3 important positions on the Invoice.

1.) Missing FULL VAT-ID of the client (musst contain on Invoice)
2.) The legal information musst contain on Invoice only when payment was made with VAT-ID
"The tax liability is shifted to the recipient of the supply"
3.) Missing custom field fees on Invoice (that was a customization by Tuan)

Please help to solve this bugs as soon as possible.

1=> About custom field fees, still don't have to re-work on it for you to latest version yet. Will try to work on it next week as right now, there are still improvements I want to add to Membership Pro

2=> For the FULL VAT_ID of the client, what's it? Is it the VAT Number customers entered on subscription form? Please give me more information about it

We had a quite long holiday and when we come back, there are many support requests in queue, so we are slower than usual. It should be OK from now on

2.) The VAT ID consists of 12 Alphanumeric characters. 2 letters and 10 digits.
For the legal the complete VAT ID has to be occur on the Invoice. Usually the customer fills in form the complete VAT-ID but in membership pro customers only enter the digits in the form.

3.)Please let occur a sentence on the Invoice (below the Item Positions) only when 2.) Take effect.

Sentence: "The tax liability is shifted to the recipient of the supply"

This informations are must have on the Invoice because of the legal regulations in our country.
