You product seems awesome and I think that it meets my requirements however I would like to clear some questions before committing to buy. Can the following be done out-of-the-box or with little customization?
1. My website will be offering both properties for sale and for rent. Owners of rental properties can list their accommodations for free. Owners of properties for sale can list their properties either for free or for a fee...however I need to charge different fees depending on the type of user (owner/agent/realtor/etc..) and number of properties to be listed. Can the Payment & Expiration feature be used to implement this?
2. How are rental requests dealt with? That is, when someone sends a booking request, is it sent directly to the owner of (or person who listed) the property? Can all requests be sent to the administrator instead?
3. I intend to sell advertising space on the website...can this be done by having a different type of user who can only access a specific form? If not, can any other PayPal plugin be used on regular Joomla articles?
4. What add-ons and/or templates (if any) come with OS Property?
