Registration Failure error, but completed & more

EB 2.3.1 as of 2/11 7am Az time
** Using paypal sandbox - transaction completes per sandbox.paypal, but get registration failure message (see attached screen shot). Via EB dashboard the event does NOT show any registration (completed, pending, etc).

* Dashboard not showing any of these daily updates, no way to know unless reading forums.

* Calendar Weeky Layout: Pressing Monthly View Button does NOT change to monthly view
To reproduce:(this had been fixed in EB 2.x)
- Create a New Menu Item: Menu Manager > Create: Menu Item Type > Calendar Weekly Layout
- Open this new menu item, it defaults to events in Weekly View (weekly view tab is active by default)
- Now press the Monthly View tab, It is not changing to monthly view

* Thumbnail image pops up in modal box (you had removed the modal box in EB 2.x)
* Map module doesn't have itemid box (you had added that directly via support ticket, thought you intended to add to core)
* Option to prevent map zoom, you mentioned adding this option. I can't find it?
