Membership Pro - Group Membership workflow was created by BayGeo
The help documentation (
membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/group-membership
) describes how to set up the group/bundle option by using the "Manage Groups Member" menu link but there is no further information on what the Group Admin will see, if they can search for members, how do they add/remove members, or what group members see when they login and view their dashboard.
Is there a demo? screenshots?
This function is important to us so we'd like to know what kind of UI/UX the Group Admin has before purchasing.
Thank you.
BG.

Hi
The group members feature is still basic at the moment, it needs more improvements to become perfect:
1. For group admin, yes, he will be able to see list of group members, add new members into his group (number of group members he can add is controlled in each subscription plan and determined by administrator)
2. Group members can just see and update their profiles. They are not allowed to renew, update membership, only group admin can do that
3. We don't give demo access to backend of the site. However, we do provide money back warranty, so if you want, you can purchase a copy of the extension to try. If it doesn't work, you can request us for refund
Regards,
Tuan

For clarification...
Can the Group admin can "Search for existing users" and add them??? OR will group admins only be able to add new "non-existing" members???
Also, Group Admin can "Remove" members, yes???
Can you share what plans you have to improve this feature?
Thank you!
