Hello - how long do products stay in the users cart if they are logged in?
Does it get cleared by clearing cookies?

Hello Sarah,

The time of products stay in the cart depends on the session time of your Joomla site. This is configurable from the Global Configuratio of Joomla. Default value is 15 minutes.
