Sorry for late response, we have just come back from Traditional New Year holiday. Regarding to your question. I would like to answer as below:
1. OS Property has 6 different themes, so you can use different themes for different listing types (properties, restaurant etc.). For example, you can create the "Restaurant" listing and select one theme while another menu to list "Properties" listing with different theme.
2. OS Property has Custom fields feature which you can use to define the fields with different purposes. Some for Properties, some for restaurant .etc
3. You can create many Amenities you want, and OS Property will able to show Amenities that are assigned to specific property. In case you use OS Property for different categories, i think it's suitable.
