Global Price Update

Hi, I was wondering how I can globally update the price for certain properties please see example below:

Property 1, has 1 bed flats @ £95 and 2 beds @ £105
Property 2, has 1 bed flats @ 100 and 2 beds @ £120

Occasionally we need to update the prices for each property for example Property 1, we might increase the price of the 1 bed flats by £5.00 or Property 2, we might decrease the price by £5.00 whilst we can do this manually, I was wondering if they was a way of automating this process, as if we had 20 properties and over 1000 flats, changing each price would take ages.
