A SIPS ATOS gateway for Payment form

I would like to use Payment form bur I need a SIPS ATOS (used here in France) payment gateway.
Could you develop this plugin ?

Sorry Stephane. We are too busy now and could not develop that payment plugin. From my experience in the past, developing a payment plugin for France is quite difficult for us, so I think you should find a local developer to develop it for you

Is it possible to have from you (even paid) a gateway plugin squeletton, that I could use to start the development in an easier way ?
An empty squeleton to which I would add ATOS SIPS specificity.

At the moment, the structure of Payment Form payment plugin is not very clear, so I don't think it is good to give you the instruction now. I will check to see whether I can improve the plugin structure and send you a sample blank plugin within next week (we are having new year holiday here, so I don't have much time to work)
