Changed Status of Event Booking

For each registration of the Event Booking - there is the status...(Pending, Paid, Waiting, Cancelled)

I want to change the statuses...however I would like to ask if for example I change "Waiting List" to "Confirmed but not paid" - how can I make the system still send an email?

At the moment when I change the status of a registrant from Pending to "Waiting list / Confirmed but not paid" the email is not send. Even when we change the status to "Cancelled" no email is sent.

Our events don't have a maximum number of registrations.

Hi Annalise

Unfortuantely, right now, Events Booking only send emails to registrant when you change status from Pending to Paid. When you change status of registrants to different status, no email will be sent

If you want to send email like that, I am afraid of you will need to customize code of the extension
