Is OSproperty purchased separate to template?

Hi,
I just seen that osproperty component has been updated. I have OSRealhomes template, but when I downloaded it, the osproperty version isnt updated. Does this mean it has to be purchased separately?

Currently, we are receiving feedback about OS Property 2.9.4 befor releasing new version of template with latest OS Property version. By the way, you can submit ticket and request latest version of OS Property. I will send you OS Property 2.9.4.
