Copy Event via frontend was created by Gerd Schönwolf
For our publishers, creating events at frontend, it would be extremly handy if they could push a "copy event" button in order to replicate an event which needs only minor changes. Could you think of such a function in one of the upcoming releases?
Br Gerd
PS: I know it is already possible to copy an event in the backend due to Joomla Core, but this of course does not suit publisher needs.

OK Gerd. I will think about it and try to add support for it in future release. However, to be honest, it doesn't have high priority in my to do list, so you will have to wait for about 8 weeks to see this feature in the extension

Thank you very much for taking it into account.
Just to give more background of the use case. One of our customers is using currently JEVENTS as booking platform, due to some new requirements we recommended a different booking platform, Eventbooking. They are providing for there publishers templates (maser copy events) regarding the event description of specific event types. Thus a Event publisher can do a copy of such a "master" Event.
