Hello,

I have two questions:

1. Do you have a cancellation policy? Money back guarantee if I suddenly realize it's your product is not what I'm looking for?

2. I am interested in purchasing the Membership-Pro together with payment plugin But, my PAYPAL account is the "Business" or "Premium" and not PRO Account. Do you have a solution for me?
Or you can recommend a different payment method without a monthly fee?

Hi Alex

1=> Yes. Don't worry. Just purchase it and if you don't like it for any reasons, just request refund.

2=> You don't need to have a Paypal Pro account to use Membership Pro. Business or Premium account is good enough to use with the extension

Are you sure of what you're saying?
Since it is explicitly written "paypal pro".

I plan to also buy the Events Booking and i need the payment plugin for it as well.

Hi

PayPal pro is not needed. And infact, you don't have to purchase PayPal Pro payment plugin. There is standard PayPal payment plugin comes with the extension by default, and you can simply use that plugin use the PayPal Pro plugin

PayPal Pro doesn't mean it is better than the standard PayPal payment plugin:

1. Paypal Standard use PayPal website payment standard API

2. Paypal Pro uses Paypal Payment Pro API

It is just different name base on PayPal payment service/ API. If you just have standard or business PayPal account, simply use PayPal standard payment plugin comes with the extension by default. Please note that:

1. PayPal Pro only available in US, UK and Canada (seems it is available in Australia, too, but I am not sure)

2. You will have to pay Monthly fee to Paypal if you want to use PayPal pro

3. The main difference between Paypal standard and Paypal Pro is that PayPal pro allows customers to enter credit card information directly on your site for processing payment while PayPal standard will redirect customers to PayPal for processing payment
