Downloadable products in specific folders was created by Carsten Riis Jensen
Before I decide if I should buy EShop:
I have files in specific folders on my website.
I don't want to move these files to others folders.
Can I use EShop to sell downloadable files that are in specific folders - and not some special 'eshop folders'?
Can I keep the downloadable files in the folders and subfolders I already have them in?
Carsten.

Hello Carsten,
Currently, EShop can handle to sell the downloadable files but you must upload them to the specific folder in EShop media/com_eshop/downloads folder. If you want to have another folder to store the downloadable files, I will modify the EShop to implement that for you.
Sincerely, Giang

I have now bought and installed Eshop on my website. I would like all downloadable files to be in another folder.
Will you help me implement that?
Carsten.

Hello Carsten,
That's fine. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the your site information and tell me the folder that you want to put the downloadable files there so I can help you to implement.
Sincerely, Giang

I have just updated to Eshop 2.0.1 and noticed that the change you made for me - a new folder for downloadable files - were changed back to media/com_eshop/downloads.
Would it be possible for you, in future releases, to make it so that this doesn't change every time a user updates the software?
Carsten.
