when add new property in forntend ACL for Register

hi
when add new property in forntend ;ACL for Registerd
only show when login with usename and pass
except the property being registered access. So Public user cannot view it by default.
and when login and click this property go to edit property!!
So the admin should change the property to public user, then the property will show in public listing.
please help me
