Very strange that you don't send notify about expiring subscriptions..!
=> Yes, I agree that we should send notification email to customers before the subscription expired. It is a limitation of our order system, we are going to work on it and address it on January 2016 so that a notification email will be sent to customers few days (let says 10 days) before the subscription expired.
Very strange that your products does not support standard joomla component update..!
=> That's quite hard to implement because our extensions are commercial extension, not free extensions like other Joomla core or third party extensions (I know some other providers have implemented this option in their paid extensions, too). However, in most of our extensions now, when admin access to Dashboard, there are update notification to inform if there is new version of the extension.
The limitation is that admin will have to login to his account on our site to download latest version and update it manually. We haven't had one-click update feature implemented yet

=> I guess you are talking about a language pack which you can install via admin instead of having to upload it via FTP at the moment. If so, that's true but we are working on it, too. We should have it complete in the next month, too
