I bought the lavida theme but did not get it or a link to download it. No response from the company or anything...

Have you tried to access the "My Downloads" at the top of the page?

If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem can not be solved, worrying will do you no good.

I have already guided Alrick how to download the template via email. The reason because he entered wrong email when placing order for template.
